The placement agreement.

Every deal on logoonme runs on this. Both sides accept it at checkout.

The deal

The brand gets its logo on the agreed zone of the owner's object, for the term stated on the listing. The owner applies the sticker, photographs it, and keeps it on for the whole term. That's the product. Nothing else is promised.

Normal life happens

The object keeps living its normal life: the car gets driven, the laptop gets carried, the backpack gets rained on. Wear and tear on the sticker is expected and is not a breach. The owner won't deliberately hide, cover, or damage the placement.

No impression guarantees

Nobody is promising view counts, clicks, or customers. Brands are buying a real placement on a real person's stuff, and the story that comes with it. If a listing states follower numbers, they are the owner's own report at the time of listing.

If it ends early

If the owner removes the placement early, sells the object, or the object is lost or totaled, the brand gets a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. The owner tells us within seven days of any of these happening.

The sticker itself

The brand ships a finished sticker that matches the zone size on the listing and arrives within 14 days of payment. The brand owns its logo; the owner owns the object; neither is buying anything else from the other.

Platform rules, fees, and disputes live in the terms.
